Description: This program allows SHARE to provide emergency repairs or major rehabilitation to homeowners in our service area (Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, and Oconee Counties) who have incomes at or below 50% Area Median Income (AMI). Emergency repairs or major rehabilitation can include an HVAC unit giving out, a plumbing crisis, water damage from an old roof, or electrical problems.
