Writing Center

The Writing Center is pleased to reopen for face-to-face tutoring! We are taking several steps to keep our clients safe:

• Reduced face-to-face hours: The WC will be open MWF 10:30-2:30 and TTh 11:00-3:00.
• Virtual appointments available for those with health concerns.
• Reduced capacity: Maximum of six people in the WC at any time, including tutors.
• Social distancing (minimum of six feet) required when not working with a tutor.
• Masks that cover the nose and mouth are required.

Tutors are available to help in any subject and with any stage of the writing process.

 

To make an appointment, students should stop by the WC at HPAC 136 or call 503-5883 during business hours. 

 

Be sure to specify if you are seeking a virtual appointment. Virtual appointments are limited, so please reserve them for students who feel virtual tutoring is in the best interest of their health and safety. Virtual appointments can also be made by contacting Brock Adams at badams@uscupstate.edu and specifying that you're seeking a virtual appointment.
